Refund policy

Effective Date: January 18, 2024

At Cordia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns Items must be unused and in original condition, in original packaging with all tags attached, and you must have a valid order number.

3. Non-Returnable Items Items with removed tags or labels, items showing signs of wear or use, items not in original packaging, and items damaged due to misuse after delivery cannot be returned.

4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping.

5. How to Start a Return Email us at helpshopcordia@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) being returned, reason for return, and photos if damaged. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

6. Refund Processing Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item (2-3 business days) and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to post.

7. Damaged or Defective Items Contact us immediately at helpshopcordia@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and description. We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
